NUMERICAL SIMULATION: Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and stress analysis
CFD = computer generated fluid dynamics
Karibu Engineering has a good experience in computational fluid dynamics,
heat transfer simulation and stress analysis. The typical topics in our programs are HVAC,
fluid dynamics for single or multiphase fluids (complex flows), multi-source emission analysis
and its environmental impact and various mechanical and industrial systems.
We use parallel processing techniques (e.g. MPI) for very large simulations. Our typical programming
tools and languages for developing the software packages are e.g. Visual C++ and FORTRAN.
Stress analysis includes static analysis, dynamic analysis as well as buckling analysis
for usual dead and live loads as well as seismic conditions. We use various softwares including Ansys, Cosmos and Space Gass. |
We cooperate with several local and international companies such
as Finnish PR-Soft Oy (software development) and Canadian CFD consultant engineers OY (Fluid dynamics).
